SALT LAKE CITY — Two Air France planes flying from the U.S. to Paris have been given the all clear after anonymous threats forced them to be diverted last night.
A plane that left from Los Angeles had to land in Salt Lake City. And one that left from Dulles International Airport near Washington, landed in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The FBI says U.S. authorities investigated and found no credible threat. The passengers forced to land in Salt Lake City began re-boarding shortly before midnight.
Several people on the plane and at the airport tweeted pictures and information about the incident.
