HARTFORD — Police arrested nine people on various charges after raiding an address which was the focus of neighborhood complaints.

Police made a sweep of 109 Franklin Ave. and seized drugs, cash and two guns in the third floor apartment.

The following people were arrested for new charges and outstanding warrants and will appear in court on Wednesday:

  • Joshua Fafard, 29, of Hartford, criminal trespass 3rd degree, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1500 ft of school
  • Manuel Garcia Jr., 44, of Hartford, criminal trespass 3rd degree
  • Kenneth Ireland, 26, of Tolland, outstanding warrant
  • Zandra Ghiroli, 27, criminal trespass 3rd degree, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1500 ft of school, possession narcotics not in original container
  • Bryan Rioux, 30, Tolland, criminal trespass 3rd degree, suspended license
  • Ivory Ager, 40 of Hartford, criminal trespass 3rd degree, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics 1500 ft of school
  • Robert Alamo, 32, of Hartford, criminal trespass 3rd degree, possession of narcotics
  • Alexandra Jennes, 22, criminal trespass 3rd degree
  • Nicholas Digioia, 34, of Hartford,  possession hallucinogenic, possession with intent to sell hallucinogenic, criminal possession of a firearm
