Windsor man shot in the head in Hartford’s North End expected to survive

HARTFORD — Police are investigating a shooting that happened around noon on Tuesday. The incident happened on Martin Street near Capen Street.

Police identified the victim as Quentin Dickens, 36, of Windsor. Police said he is in critical but stable condition and is expected to survive.

According to Lt. Foley, Dickens was shot at the same location on November 13 around 10:40 p.m.

Officers are searching for a suspect and any information on the shooting.
