GUILFORD–Police are searching for suspects after a woman was hit by two cars that fled the scene Tuesday afternoon.
On December 1 at 5:08 p.m. the Guilford Police Department responded to Church Street for reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a car.
The 36-year-old female victim was in fact hit by two separate cars, the second of which witnesses described as a light-colored SUV, possibly tan or gold. It may have damage on the front and passenger side due to the crash. The car continued driving south on Church Street after hitting the woman.
There was no information given on the first car that hit the woman.
The victim was taken to the hospital, but it’s unclear how severe her injuries are.
