HARTFORD — Police arrested a man in connection with a shooting that left one man dead and another wounded.
Jerome Copland, 23, was shot and killed on August 14, 2013 at 48 Evergreen Ave. Rasheed Sterling, 23, was wounded in the shooting.
McLean was charged with murder, attempted murder, assault, and carrying a pistol. He was scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on Tuesday.
