GLASTONBURY — Police charged a couple’s former housekeeper in connection with a 2012 home invasion at their home.

Marilyn Nadeau, 54, was charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, burglary, larceny, giving a false statement and other charges.

She is being held on $250,000 bond and is expected to be in court Tuesday.

Police said Nadeau was involved with a home invasion on November 26, 2012, with her boyfriend, Joseph DeFreitas.  Police said they held a husband and wife at gun point, tied them up, and stole over $100,000 in jewelry. Nadeau was the couple’s former house keeper.

Nadeau was serving time in New Jersey. DeFreitas is still in jail in New Jersey for crimes he committed with Nadeau in that state, according to authorities. Police plan on arresting DeFrietas as well.
