MANCHESTER — A one car accident caused major traffic delays on I-384 West Saturday this morning.
Connecticut State Police responded to reports that a vehicle heading westbound near exit 4 had rolled over off the highway shoulder around 9: 40 a.m.
Police say the driver, 20-year-old Emily Sue Overturf, of Columbia, lost control of the vehicle sending it into the center median before striking a tree.
Overturf suffered minor injuries, but her car sustained heavy damage. Crews were able to clear the scene and reopen the area to traffic shortly after 10:30 a.m.
