A delivery lady slipped on my steps dropping off a package last week and broke her ankle from the fall. My neighbor was telling me that I may be responsible for all of the medical expenses because I hadn't cleared my steps. It had been 3 days since the snow but I never use the front steps to get in my house. Are they right?
