Actor Jamie Foxx became a real life superhero Monday night when he pulled a person from a burning car, which crashed in front of his home in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, Ca.
The person Foxx rescued was transported to the hospital with what are being described by Safety for Citizens as major injuries, while a witness on the scene says the victim had severe burns on their face.
After police arrived on the scene at 8:39 p.m. local time, the road was cleared and reopened by 10:16 p.m. Foxx has yet to comment on the events.
Foxx recently played the comic book villain Electro in “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” but now he can claim he’s a superhero instead!
