Last winter, snow storms pummeled much of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. In Boston alone, the 20-year record for snowfall was broken, and the city spent nearly double its $18.5 million yearly budget for snow removal by mid-February.
The Blizzard of 2015, known to some as Winter Storm Juno, hit the Northeast on January 26 and 27.
