HARTFORD - Stan talks with Christopher Keating of the Hartford Courant about the remarkable fall of one of Connecticut's most celebrated athletes. Tate George, the UConn basketball star and former NBA player, is going to prison for orchestrating a Ponzi scheme. George, who played for New Jersey and Milwaukee in the NBA, was sentenced by a federal judge in Trenton. His victims included current and former NBA players and celebrities. George was also ordered to pay $2.5 million in restitution and serve three years of supervised release.
