HARTFORD–Police are investigating the discovery of a body on Barbour Street.
Hartford Police confirm they are working on an active scene to determine where the body came from and how the person died, but there are no signs of foul play and no indication of bullet wounds.
The body was discovered near the intersection with Judson Street in a garage, and the death is still being considered suspicious.
