HARTFORD — A sinkhole caused traffic problems for most of the day on Friday.
Hartford police warned commuters to avoid Asylum Avenue heading into the city. They suggested commuters consider alternate routes into Hartford like Farmington Avenue, Albany Avenue / Route 44 and Capitol Avenue.
The storm sewer, electrics and road were fixed by Friday evening.
