SHELTON — Two years have passed since a 15-year-old boy was killed while standing in a driveway and no one has yet been charged with the crime.

Police are still looking for information on the second anniversary of the shooting of Kristjan Ndoj.

Ndoj was shot in the head and leg on the evening of March 15, 2014 while he was standing in the driveway of a house on Agawam Trail. He died five days later and his death was ruled a homicide. Police believe the shots were fired from the woods across the street.

The state is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. State Police and Shelton Police continue to follow leads.

Ndoj was described as an energetic student and a talented athlete by those at Shelton High School. He was a beloved son to his family who immigrated to the U.S. from Albania when he was a child, in a quest for a better life.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-842-0200 or (860) 685-8190.
