I got hurt in a car accident and I'm not sure which party to sue.
I was driving done the road and the guy in front of me got a flat tire. Instead of pulling over to the shoulder he stopped in the middle of the travel lane. I slammed on my brakes and managed to stop without hitting him but the lady behind me slammed into my rear end.
Which one do I sue?
