HARTFORD — Working on information from New Hampshire police, local authorities arrested a Hartford man for selling drugs across state lines and seized over 940 bags of heroin.

Police arrested Juan Facundo, 23, of Hartford, and charged him with possession of Narcotics, operating a drug factory, possession with intent to sell narcotics, risk of Injury to a minor and served previous warrants for possession and sale of narcotics.

New Hampshire police provided a phone number and nickname for the suspect and Hartford police were able to set up several purchases. On Monday, detectives set up another purchase and arrested Facundo. They found 345 bags of heroin on him and a later search of his home turned up 600 more bags, two ounces of crack cocaine, $3,791 in cash, and packing materials.

A four-year-old child was found in the home and DCF was notified.
