MILFORD – On February 2, the Milford Police Department received a cybertip from the Center for Missing and Exploited Children that several images containing child pornography were uploaded to a social media site.
Police said the images were uploaded from the home of Luis Daniel Ortiz-Martinez, 20, in Milford.
Ortiz-Martinez was arrested on Friday and held on $10,000 bail He was arraigned in Milford Court on Friday.
Ortiz-Martinez was charged with the following second-degree possession of child pornography.
