“On-scene firefighters did an excellent job aggressively entering the house to search for possible trapped people. Their actions allowed the rescue of the occupant before she was injured further”, said New Britain Fire Chief Thomas Ronalter in a statement

The New Britain Fire Marshal’s Office in conjunction with the Connecticut Office of the State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
