SOUTHINGTON -- Home of Distinction is back! For the next two months, we will watch the construction of a gorgeous house in Southington. The developer, Lovley Development, has built more than 1,100 Connecticut homes.
After 32 years, building homes is Mark Lovley's specialty.
He knows that open floor plans are trending. Here he is building a 3090 square foot home with eight rooms. The two-story family room will have a stone facade and cabinets on each side. Beyond the kitchen will be a gorgeous archway into an elegant dining room, plus a large home office, four bedrooms, including a master suite.
The home is part of a lifestyle community at North Ridge Estates in Southington.
94 homes are being built around a 9-hole golf course. They will build out a new clubhouse with a pool.
Tours are coming in September and will benefit Bread For Life.
