Daniel Lanzilotta is both an environmental artist and event chef.
He collects trash and turns it into art work. He considers himself a “plastician.” He works with plastic waster, and other forms of trash he picks up. According to his bio he considers his art supply store the environment we live in.
He’s also a chef and both his food and art have been seen and eaten coast to coast. He joined FOX 61 Good Day Connecticut to talk about his work.
