Police on the lookout for two suspects who ‘pistol whipped’ couple at Walmart in East Windsor

EAST WINDSOR – Police are looking for a couple who allegedly assaulted another couple in an East Windsor Walmart parking lot early Thursday morning after an argument between two couples.

One couple said the other couple pistol whipped them, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to Walmart parking lot at 44 Prospect Hill Rd in East Windsor just before 2 a.m. on a report of an assault.

When they got there, police said they found a man and a woman who both claimed that they were pistol whipped by another man and woman, who drove off in a black Toyota four door sedan.

Police said the incident was the result of a verbal argument between the two couples, who didn’t know each other.

Police are trying to identify the two assailants, along with their vehicle.

Police advise to not approach the suspects, since they might be armed, but to call them at (860) 292-8240 with any information.
