MIDDLETOWN – The Connecticut State Police graduated eight new drug-detecting K9 teams Friday.
The teams were trained to detect drugs like heroin and fentanyl.
The dogs were all Labradors from Guiding Eyes for the Blind in New York who went through an intense and rigorous 11-week training course.
