HARTFORD -- Earlier this year, FOX 61's Jimmy Altman exclusively followed a Connecticut baseball team on a trip of a lifetime.
They traveled to Cuba to play baseball and spread goodwill. Now, it's time for the West Hartford kids to play host.
The very same players from Cuba arrived in Connecticut on Sunday.
Monday, the players will take the field at 3 p.m., at the University of Hartford. A special ceremony will be held at 6 p.m.
There will be a Summer Baseball Clinic, which is open by registration, to players age 8-18 on Wednesday, July 13 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Hall High School in West Hartford.
The teams will also visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York.
