SOUTH WINDSOR — Police in South Windsor are searching for a man they said took pictures underneath dressing room doors at a local Target store.
Police say the man was at the Buckland Hills Drive Target on Sunday around 6 p.m.
He is described as about 5-9 with spiked brown hair.
No word on exactly how many photos he took in the dressing rooms.
