MERIDEN – Meriden police are looking for a bank robbery suspect.
The robbery took place around 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the TD Bank branch at 733 East Main Street in Meriden.
According to bank personnel, a man carrying a handgun entered the bank, demanding money from the teller, who gave it to him.
Police said when they arrived the man had already run away.
The man has not yet been identified, as he was completely masked from head to toe, making his age and race undetectable.
The amount of cash taken was undetermined.
No one was injured during the robbery.
