WATERBURY — A man was found shot to death inside a parked car in a residential neighborhood in Waterbury.
Police on Sunday identified the victim as 25-year-old Waterbury resident Cameron Chapman. Police said Chapman died from a gunshot wound to the head. His death has been ruled a homicide.
Chapman’s body was discovered just before 6 a.m. Saturday in a car at the intersection of Dikeman and Willard streets. Police were called to the scene for a report of an unconscious black man covered in blood.
Police did not release further details.
