TOLLAND — All lanes of I-84 have been cleared after a box truck hit a vehicle seriously injuring one person.
The accident happened between Exits 67 and 68. The right and center lanes were blocked for a time and caused delays.
Emergency crews on scene tweeted the driver of the box truck was taken to Hartford Hospital and was in serious but stable condition.
