BRIDGEPORT — One person is dead and another wounded after a double shooting that happened late Tuesday in Bridgeport.
Police said two men were shot by an unknown person while sitting in a car at 480 Noble Avenue around 11 p.m. The shooting happened near the Achievement First Bridgeport Academy. The driver took the more seriously wounded passenger to St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Fredrick Richardson, 37 of Bridgeport, died of his wounds at the hospital.
Police are investigating the shooting.
