Brennan also comments on Governor Dannel P. Malloy's claim that his First Five Plus business investment program has been a huge success.

The Governor and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith announced Tuesday the results of a new analysis on the First Five jobs initiative, stating that to date, nearly 3,800 new jobs have been created at the 13 participating companies.
