FORT WORTH  — American Airlines is stirring up a storm with its new ad campaign that asks for better behavior from airline passengers.

This week, American launched a new campaign that highlights “the world’s greatest fliers.” The world’s largest airline said its a passenger that brings his or her own noise cancelling headphones on board when a baby is crying. It’s the passenger who “walks faster in airports” and packs like “they’re solving a jigsaw puzzle,” according to a story on FoxNews.com.

Another ad said, “Always upbeat, great fliers make the best of their situation no matter where they’re sitting.”

Many on social media didn’t agree with the airline’s request for more cooperative passengers.
