Enfield man charged with having child pornography

Patrick Dineen

ENFIELD – Connecticut State Police arrested an Enfield man on child porn charges Thursday.

Police said that Patrick Dineen, 52, was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography.

Police said Dineen had over 50 images showing males and females, 2-14, engaged in sexual activity.

Police said that in early January a total of 206 images that were suspected of being child pornography were found uploaded into a Dropbox account that was associated with Dineen’s email address.

He was held on a $25,000 bail pending his court date in Bantam Superior Court on Friday.

Dineen lived in Thomaston at time of incident but now lives in Enfield.
