Hartford fire brought under control quickly

]HARTFORD – The Hartford Fire Department brought a fire at a single family home under control quickly on Thursday evening.

The fire happened at 173 Andover Street in Hartford and the call came in just before 7 p.m.

Crews arrived to find a single-family home that was on fire, but the three occupants, who were inside the house at the time of the fire, made it out safely.

Flames were confined to the second floor.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.

The Fire Marshal will make the determination on whether or not the family will be displace after reviewing the extent of the damage.
