NORWICH – Interstate 395 south near exit 28 was closed and traffic diverted due to a dump truck rollover Monday morning.
The state Department of Transportation was on the way to clean up sand that was spilled over the highway. Traffic was being diverted off exit 14.
There’s no word on a cause or injuries.
