HARTFORD - International Relations Expert Yvonne Davis talks with Al about whether America is safer 15 years after the 9/11 attacks.
Davis said nobody can promise that there will never again be a major attack on the United States mainland.
She also discusses whether or not the US should send in ground troops, or continue to rely on the current policy of air power, with special operations forces and military advisors assisting arabs and Kurds who are willing to fight ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Then, a discussion of recently declassified documents that suggest the possibility of involvement by Saudi Arabia in the 9-11 attacks and a bill in Congress that would authorize lawsuits by families of 9/11 victims against Saudi Arabia. President Obama intends to veto it, if it passes.
