NEW LONDON–An upsetting encounter for one juvenile resulted in an arrest.

On Tuesday around 3:50 p.m., a juvenile was walking home from school in New London when a man he did not know approached him. The man asked him to urinate in a cup, and offered the juvenile $5 to do so. The adult told the juvenile that the urine would be sent to an agency for some type of mandated test.

The victim gave a description of the man, and police searched the area. They found Tiron Houser, 41, of New London, and the child identified him as the suspect.

Houser is charged with risk of injury and impairing the morals of a minor, and was held on $10,000 bond.
