WEST HAVEN - A West Haven man was arrested after 600 pot plants worth about $1 million were found at his home.

West Haven Police said they arrested Danny Miller, 57, of West Haven. Just last week his wife, Rosalee Miller, was arrested in the case.

Police said Miller was arrested by warrant for possessing over 600 marijuana plants at his address, which was being used at the time as a home daycare. The bust was on September 2.

Miller's attorney, Mike Dolan, tells FOX 61 he has nothing to do with the daycare run by his wife. Her license has since been revoked.

Police said the operation was discovered during a state inspection a week earlier.

Miller is being charged with possession of a hallucinogenic, sale of controlled substances, and operation of drug factory.

More charges may be forthcoming, according to police.

Miller will be arraigned Tuesday.
