I recently got divorced and got custody of our minor son. Raising a kid on one income is tougher than I thought so I’m thinking of filing bankruptcy to get rid of $35,000 in credit card debt. I have little or no equity in my condo and make $65k a year. Will I qualify for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy where I pay nothing and my debts get wiped out?
Please, please please say yes.
