HARTFORD - CPTV’s first-ever original drama production, "Cobblestone Corridor"premieres on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

It is a true “made in Connecticut” production, led by Newington native Erik Bloomquist, a Trinity College graduate who starred in, directed and wrote the series.

His production team includes more than 500 young background actors from Fairfield University and Sacred Heart University, as well as some faculty members.

Other people from surrounding areas like Quinnipiac University, Western Connecticut State University, Southern Connecticut State University, University of Bridgeport, The Taft School and other area high schools also participated in the production, as did Ethel Walker School in Simsbury and UConn Law School in Hartford.
