MANCHESTER -- Taco's are already filled with robust flavor but the Lucky Taco takes that flavor to a whole new level. Erin Emmons and her husband Dave own the Manchester staple with the unique and at times, uncommon menu.
"You can't get these any place else," said Erin. "If you want the real deal, the best tacos on the planet, you've got to come to Lucky Taco."
But it's Dave's imagination that separates his dishes, which include a wide range of taco's that experiment with various flavors, cuisine and what they call international zest, like their most popular kung pao chicken taco.
"We take our regular chicken, take some house-made hoisin sauce, throw some peanuts in there, saute it on the grill and then we throw it in there with some AISIAN slaw," said Dave. "It's amazing."
What started out as a food truck is now a main attraction on Main Street but it doesn't just offer up lip tingling tacos.
Lucky Taco has a tap room with an eclectic selection of craft beer and of course plenty of fresh juice margaritas. But, Erin knows what's most important.
"Smiles and hi-fives," she laughs.
