HARTFORD -- Since it was adopted six years ago, the Affordable Care Act – better known as “Obamacare” -- has provided over 20 million people with insurance.  But Obamacare has been plagued by rising costs, insurers leaving the program -- and diminishing options. Frances Padilla,  President of the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut,  joins Stan for a frank discussion about the problems and possible solutions.
