HARTFORD–Police are trying to find a suspect after a hit-and-run crash.
On Tuesday evening a person was hit by a car on Franklin Avenue, near Preston Street in Hartford. The car, described a s a gray or white sedan, drove off after hitting the victim, who police say is a 50-year-old woman.
The incident occurred just before 9:30 p.m., and police are on scene investigating. The victim’s injuries are not considered life-threatening, but she was taken to Hartford Hospital.
