HARTFORD--Getting the chance to perform in front of an audience is any theater student's goal. Getting to Broadway is the dream. But singing with one of Broadway's biggest stars? Now that's surreal.
A group of theater students from the University of Hartford will have their big night on Saturday, November 5, when they get the chance to sing along side Kristin Chenoweth during her one-woman Broadway show.
"Kristin Chenoweth: My Love Letter to Broadway" is the name of the show, and the students haven't had much time to prepare: They only got the songs two weeks ago, and have only had four 30 minute rehearsals!
In the end though, it will be one Broadway star, two songs, 16 students, a lot of nerves, and a million memories.
