After Brianna Stewart, Moriah Jefferson, and Morgan Tuck graduated and went 1-2-3 in the WNBA draft, Coach Geno Auriemma had his work cut out for him.
The departure of the big 3 has left a leadership gap and with the team having only one senior that is part of the regular rotation Saniya Chong, that leadership role has yet to be determined.
And although the competition in their exhibition games may not be as tough as they will face in the regular season its just been nice to face some new faces.
