NORFOLK - In northern Litchfield County, the higher elevations have picked up several inches of snow, with Norfolk reporting more than a foot of snow accumulation. There is also a Winter Storm Warning in effect for Monday for the northern half of Litchfield County.
The snow could cause potentially dangerous traffic conditions as roadways get covered.
Visibility could also be an issue, as at times it may be less than half a mile. Winds are expected to reach 15-25 mile per hour, with gusts up to 50 miles per hour.
