ESSEX -- Crowds turned out Sunday evening to watch the annual "Trees In The Rigging" along the Connecticut River.
The event features a traditional, lantern-lit carol stroll down Main Street and a parade of antique cars. The highlight is a parade of vessels dressed out in holiday lights and passing in review along the Connecticut River.
