Hayman

Atty Haymond,

My wife went into labor for 14 hours and the fetal monitor showed signs that the baby was in fetal distress. The doctor finally arrived after hour 14 and used forceps to remove our baby. Our first-born child was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I’ve been reading up on this and can’t help but wonder if our baby’s condition is due to an error by the doctor in the delivery room?

Any help would be appreciated!
