WILLIMANTIC -- The holiday spirit was in full swing in eastern Connecticut Sunday.

In Willimantic, the police department hosted its Tenth Annual Stuff-A-Cruiser Toy Drive.

Police volunteered their time to collect unwrapped toys, nonperishable food items and more.

All of the donations go directly to families in Willimantic that need a little help stuffing stockings this holiday season.

This was the best year yet for the drive, 10 police cruisers were filled.

They'll being distributing the toys later this week.

Anyone who'd still like to donate can drop a toy off at the Willimantic police department until Christmas day.
