HARTFORD -- This weekend four state football titles will be decided with two being played in West Haven and the other two in New Britain.
The first game scheduled at New Britain the Class S title features two programs with vastly different levels of post season experience. The Ansonia Chargers are hoping to win the programs 20th state title, while the Terriers of Rocky Hill are making their first appearance in a state championship game.
While the two teams may play similar style of football the dichotomy of the two programs are not lost on both coaches.
