I was out shopping last weekend and was involved in an accident in the parking lot of a store in my town. Someone actually bumped me with their car when I was putting my stuff into the trunk. I didn't think much of it and it was so cold that just I wanted to get back into my warm car. Today, I woke up and my whole body is aching and my back is totally locked up. I did tell the other person I was fine but did write down their license plate when they left.
Is there anything I can do?
