West Haven police find 10-year-old boy after announcing he’d gone missing

brandonWEST HAVEN — Police asked for the public’s help to find a missing boy, and it was successful.

West Haven Police said around 7 p.m. that they were actively searching for Brandon Sabol, a 10-year-old boy who was last seen in the area of Noble Street.

Around 7:30 p.m. they announced he’d been found.

Sabol is described as white, about 70 pounds and 4-foot-10. He was last seen wearing jeans, a red shirt, a black jacket, a black and white hat and was carrying a purple umbrella.

Police utilized K9 search dogs, but also asked for help to find the boy.
